Season 52 highlights

  This season Thijsse scored 9 top3 finishes, a very good result. Not the ten results we were aiming for, but some 4th places could have easily been 3rd or 2nd, so all in all Team DSM is satisfied.
  
  Thanks to these results a couple of sponsors decided to join our team and we would like to thank them for their support this past season.
  
  Highlights include some nice wins in Sweden and Mexico, and a bunch of 2nd and 3rd places, but the absolute highlight was Thijsse's win in the 4th division race 'Secrets des Lagunes' in Togo! We will treasure the memory of our BBQ and champagne at evening dinner accompanied by a magnificent sunset.
  
  We gave some young talents a contract and a chance in our team this season. Baird could potentially be a great lead-out while Bevan, McLaughlin and Verbeek are strong on more hilly terrain.
